Each year, Lights On Afterschool generates 2,000 news clippings nationwide and TV coverage in every major media market. With so much national attention on afterschool, it’s a great opportunity to get your program in the news. To help you get noticed, join us as we discuss strategies for reaching out to the media. 

This mindfulness session will be focused on the power of expressing gratitude. Even in the midst of so many unknowns and the need for so much resilience, we can find ways to be grateful for things in our lives both big and small.

This webinar will feature guest speakers who have integrated Lights On Afterschool events into a community parade and in partnership with a local library. We invite you to join the discussion and learn how your program can benefit from participating Lights On Afterschool.  

This webinar will introduce interested science centers and museums to the Lights on Afterschool initiative. Speakers will discuss grant expectations, provide event examples, and answer audience questions.
