U.S. Secretary of Education Duncan was presented with a special thank you cards at the kick off for Lights On Afterschool.

We're celebrating 10 years of Lights On Afterschool! Dr. Sylvia Lyles, Program Director for 21st CCLC with the Dept of Ed cut a cake with Jodi Grant, Executive Director of the Afterschool Alliance at the Washington, D.C. kick off event.
